DISPATCH TIMES (INSPIRE NOW JOURNAL)

Our processing cut-off time is Monday to Friday 12pm EST, and all orders paid for after this time will be processed the next working day. If you place your order after 1pm during a weekday, the required 1-2 business days processing time starts from the following working day. If you place your order during the weekend, please expect you order to be processed on the Monday or Tuesday that follow and then shipped.

DISPATCH TIMES (MERCHANDISE)

All merchandise orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.

All goods are examined in detail prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately by sending an email to support@inspirenowdaily.com. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt by sending us an email to support@inspirenowdaily.com. We will then liaise with you to arrange a return of the damaged product, and in either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.

The physical products we sell on this website are classified into two groups:

2. Merchandise: Every other physical product on our website are grouped under “Merchandise”. All our merchandise are printed to order, so the cancellation, return policy and delivery are different for both groups of products.

RETURNS (INSPIRE NOW JOURNAL) Our return policy on featured product orders is within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened, customer damaged or used products.

Please not that all shipping and any other third-party fees are non-refundable, except the product arrives damaged. In case of a return because you changed your mind or don't want the product, the return shipping will also be paid by you.

• Deboss - Debossing is the process of pushing a chosen design into leather, resulting in an imprinted design, this is similar to engraving. The design is indented into the surface of the journal, giving it a 3D appearance. For your reference, our logo on the cover of the Inspire Now Journal is debossed.

• Sleeve - is an information jacket that is wrapped around the cover the journal. You will be required to send us your design.

The Journals are packed 36 units per carton, so quantities must be in multiples of 36 units.

Depending on the order quantity and time of they year, a minimum of 62 business days lead time is required when ordering customised journals.
